Standard Tutoring, Custom Tutoring, and Tutoring in Reading, Writing, Science, and Math, $40.00 per hour (Hours can be divided into 15, 20, or 30 minute sessions over multiple days and weeks to fit your child’s needs and your budget.)
Home School Support, and Summer Support –$40.00 per hour (Hours can be divided into 15, 20, or 30 minute sessions over multiple days and weeks to fit your child’s needs and your budget.)
Homework Support, Online Learning Support, and Paper Editing –$30.00 per hour (These hours can be divided into smaller segments of time, and a total number of hours needed can be established prior to making a commitment.)
Invoices and Payment – Payment is due at time of service, unless otherwise stated. (Summer Book Clubs and some special services require full payment prior to the activity.) Invoices are sent through Paypal every Monday, and clients are billed for the previous week’s services. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Invoices that are overdue by 30 days or more are subject to a late fee based on 5% of your bill. Failure to pay invoices in a timely manner may result in additional late fees and cessation of tutoring services. If an overdue balance is paid in full, continuation of tutoring services is up to the discretion of the tutor. Students who are engaged in school year tutoring are not eligible to schedule summer tutoring sessions until outstanding school year balances are paid in full.
Missed Sessions – It is important for students and their tutor to have a consistent schedule. If you are going to miss a tutoring session, please give a 24 hour notice so that tutoring can be rescheduled. There is no fee for tutoring that is canceled 24 hours prior to a session. If something comes up unexpectedly, please inform your tutor as soon as possible. After 3 missed sessions in which your tutor is not notified of the cancellation within 24 hours prior to a session, you will be charged the full fee for the missed session, and your tutor may choose to discontinue tutoring.
